Wellness Services & Insurance

Many wellness and elective services may not be covered by health insurance.

Services such as certain hormone treatments, hormone pellet therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight-management services, wellness injections, IV therapy, compounded medications, supplements, and
other elective treatments may be considered self-pay depending on the service and your insurance plan.
Our team can provide information about applicable fees before treatment.
